I lead email marketing strategy and copy for Spencer’s and Spirit Halloween, from monthly theme ideation to campaign execution. Each email starts with a creative concept—and I write everything from subject lines and headlines to CTAs, SMS, and supplemental copy. I also monitor open and conversion rates through internal dashboards and A/B testing to refine what resonates with our audience.
